New: Psychological Health and Safety Survey
Clients now have access to a 17-item standardized ProDev360 survey, developed in accordance with the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) in the Workplace. The Standard was created by the Mental Health Commission of Canada to help organizations identify stressors and other hazards that have the greatest impact on employee mental health.
The new PHS survey allows you to administer a series of ‘pulse’ checkups over time, to gauge risks and changes to employee psychological health (and act immediately, when it matters most), as well as explore practical steps you can take to maintain and improve their performance and well-being.

Alternatively, our consulting team can create a completely new survey model for you, with items tailored to your specific team and organization.
Quick and simple ratings
Designed to replace tedious and time-consuming conventional forms, ProDev360 uses a simple card sort format, which asks raters to review a list of items, select key strengths or opportunities, and provide comments and advice. The result is a much quicker and less frustrating survey experience.
Once surveys are complete, the system compiles results and displays them on intuitive performance dashboards that allow participants, coaches, and executives to analyze feedback in various ways.
Flexible survey schedules
Unique to ProDev360 is the ability to administer short ‘pulse’ surveys on a regular basis, without a specific project deadline. This is particularly useful for gauging progress over time and ensuring that results aren’t skewed by recent or unusual events. It also promotes a ‘culture of feedback’, where employees become accustomed to providing ongoing suggestions and insights.
Alternatively, you can administer all questions at once, with a set deadline.
Development resources
In addition to the practical and relevant advice provided through the platform, participants can also invite coaches and mentors to view and add content to their dashboards. This includes the ability to enter and save notes, track development plans and action steps, and request further help and guidance.
