Coaches

One of the unique features of ProDev360 is that participants can add a ‘Coach’ to their project, who will then work with them to help interpret and act on the results. This could be the participant’s manager, an internal mentor, or another coach of their choosing. We can also recommend a number of professionally-certified coaches, if you would like us to provide participants with this additional support (further details on our coaching partners are provided below).

Coaching Dashboard

The system automatically notifies coaches of any new survey results for their participants, and provides access to their coaching dashboard. The coach can then review results for all of their associated participants, projects and organizations (i.e., overall scores, key strengths and opportunities, comments and suggestions), and access additional platform features designed to help them maximize performance improvement and engagement.

Notes and Records

ProDev360 allows participants and coaches to take notes and record their thoughts as they review and interpret survey results. The participant is notified whenever their coach adds a note, to which they can then respond on the platform. This facilitates a 2-way discussion that can be reviewed and updated at any time (e.g., the platform stores discussion notes from past surveys, which can be helpful when comparing current and previous results).

Interested in becoming a ProDev360 Coach, or using the platform with your own clients?

If so, please enter your contact details below and one of our team members will follow up with further information.

Action Planning

Coaches are able to review action steps that participants have entered into the system, to which they can add any additional thoughts and suggestions. As is the case with the notes section, the participant is notified whenever a coach adds further input, after which they can reply or update their action plan accordingly.

Active Surveys

A unique feature of the coaching dashboard is that it allows coaches to review ‘active’ surveys (i.e., surveys that are in progress), including current results and response rates. This allows them to track survey progress and better prepare for upcoming coaching sessions.

Note: Participants are not able to access ‘active’ survey results until that survey closes, in order to protect rater confidentiality and discourage participants from acting on incomplete results.
