Participant Results
Participants (and coaches) are provided with a straightforward results dashboard, which clearly highlights their key talents and opportunities. This includes:
An introduction that explains all aspects of the dashboard and how to interpret the feedback.
A ranked list of metrics or competencies, along with the ‘response rate’ (i.e., how many raters completed their surveys).
Specific target behaviours, ranked according to how many raters selected them as talents or suggestions.
Additional comments that raters provided to better describe or explain their selections.
The ability for participants to add ‘Coaches’, who would have access to their results dashboard. This is often a manager or external consultant who can provide ongoing support and encouragement.

Survey Format
Raters complete single-page surveys, using a unique ‘card selection’ method that’s simpler and more intuitive than conventional rating scales:
Ratings can be completed quickly and easily, in just a few minutes.
Raters only need to select the participant’s most obvious talents and suggestions. No ambiguous rating scales.
Written feedback and comments can be provided, to help explain ratings and offer additional advice.

Administration
The administrator dashboard allows users to create projects for their own teams and organizations:
Organizations and projects can be easily added and updated. Users are guided through each stage, with relevant advice for each step in the process.
Participants and raters can be created or added from the organization’s contact list. The contact list ensures that names and email addresses are consistent across projects. No more errors or missed survey invitations due to misspelled names or emails.
The system includes validation and error-checking to ensure that projects conform to survey best practices. For example, the platform automatically checks whether groups include the minimum number of raters required to maintain confidentiality.
Custom metrics, competencies and items can be included to ensure that you’re measuring what’s most important in a particular team or role.
Project progress and updates can be viewed anytime, including survey launch dates and upcoming metrics to be evaluated.
